Systems Consultant:

Essential Functions:

Responsible for day-to-day support of our clients workstations and servers located throughout Northern Virginia. Duties include desktop moves, setting up new users, Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and minor repair of workstations.

Essential Knowledge:

Candidate must have 3-4 years hands-on experience supporting NT and 95/98 desktop systems in a TCP/IP environment. The candidate must possess the knowledge to support a variety of Workstation applications including ALL Microsoft Office products. Candidate must also have the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Dell/Compaq/Clone workstations and understand TCP/IP network principals.

Essential Skills:

The candidate must be flexible and capable of responding to and resolve a broad range of customer requests for problem resolution in a timely manner. As a result, the candidate must be able to independently analyze the customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions to meet expected service levels.

Education Required:

MCP/MCSE certification, CNA/CNE Certification or related experience.

Organizational "Fit" Considerations:

Must possess a strong customer service attitude! The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and exercise a high degree of flexibility. The individual must be organized and capable of working independently and in a team oriented environment.

Network Engineer:

Essential Functions:

Responsible for day-to-day and ad-hoc support of our clients located throughout Northern Virginia. Duties include design, analysis, administration and troubleshooting network and enterprise related issues.

Essential Knowledge:

Candidate must have 7-10 years hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Server, AD, GPO’s, administration. Networking protocols and communication in a TCP/IP environment. The candidate must possess the knowledge to support a variety of applications including ALL Microsoft Office products. Candidate must also have the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems with industry standard servers, workstations and various network appliances and understand TCP/IP network principals.
